Day 2 - 13 March, Sunday Walking food tour of Warsaw - starting with a breakfast from a bakery, we will continue snacking at various foodie spots around the city and finish early in the afternoon with an after-lunch drink. Afternoon at leisure. 7pm dinner. night: Hotel Rialto B, L, D

Day 3 - 14 March, Monday Check out from the hotel after breakfast and travel to Olsztyn (the capital city of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship) by train. Time to refresh followed by a stroll around Olsztyn's Old Town and dinner (featuring locally brewed beer). night: Przystan Hotel & Spa B, L, D

Day 4  - 15 March, Tuesday After breakfast we will travel by a private bus around the Masuria region, visiting local food makers and tasting their artisan produce. Afternoon at leisure. night: Przystan Hotel & Spa B, L, D

Day 5 - 16 March, Wednesday Breakfast in Olsztyn, lunch in Gdansk. In the afternoon, you'll have enough time to relax in the hotel SPA (not included in the price), go for a walk or nap in your room. 6.30pm dinner in a cellar featuring local Pomeranian produce. night: Dwór Oliwski City Hotel & SPA B, L, D

Day 6 - 17 March, Thursday Early breakfast and an all day tour of the Tri-City: Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot. night: Dwór Oliwski City Hotel & SPA B, L, D

Day 7 - 18 March, Friday We will leave Gdansk early after breakfast and travel by a private bus to Torun, where we'll have lunch and a gingerbread safari. Torun has a long tradition of making gingerbread which began in the XIII century. This craft, improved to perfection by successive generations, has made the town famous. Late afternoon arrival at Herbarium Hotel & Spa followed by dinner. night: Herbarium Hotel & Spa B, L, D

Day 8 - 19 March, Saturday Travel to Wroclaw by a private bus. Late lunch at a local brewery followed by a nap-break and dinner. night: PURO Hotel B, L, D

Day 9 - 20 March, Sunday Palm Sunday, day at leisure. Pop into any church to see traditional Palm Sunday palms, go on a stroll around the Old Town or spend the day shopping. Meet the group at 6.30pm for dinner. night: PURO Hotel B, D

Day 10 - 21 March, Monday Welcome the arrival o f spring (21st March is officially the first day of spring) in Krakow, where we will travel from Wroclaw by train. Walking tour of Krakow's Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Street food and vodka night tour. night: ApartHotel B, L, D

Day 11 - 22 March, Tuesday We will travel to the foot of Tatra Mountains - Zakopane after lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner featuring local specialities at 7pm. night: Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwor B, L, D

Day 12 - 23 March, Wednesday After breakfast we will go for a hike through Chochołowska Valley which in early spring is filled with crocuses. Lunch at the Chocholowska Mountain Hut. Local produce tasting and souvenir shopping in the afternoon. 7pm dinner. night: Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwor B, L, D

Day 13 - 24 March, Thursday Travel to Kazimierz Dolny by a private bus. We will stop in Lublin for lunch and a walk around the Old Town. night: Pensjonat Kazimierski B, L, D

Day 15 - 25 March, Saturday Visit to a local church to see the traditional Polish blessing of Easter baskets (święconka). Travel to Warsaw by a private bus. Afternoon at leisure. Farewell dinner at a surprise location. night: The Westin Warsaw B, L, D
